1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with Kalpana Cleaning Services ("Company", "we", "us"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms detailed herein. We provide residential, commercial, and clinic deep cleaning services across Delhi NCR, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad.

2. Access to Premises & Utilities

The customer agrees to provide safe, unimpeded access to the premises during the scheduled appointment window, along with continuous access to running water and standard electricity supply required to run industrial vacuum cleaners and single-disc scrubbers.

3. Pricing, Invoicing & Payments

All prices quoted on the platform are inclusive of labor, standard tools, and eco-friendly cleaning chemicals. Payments can be settled via Cash on Delivery (COD) or instant verified UPI payment upon job completion. Formal tax invoices are issued immediately upon payment reconciliation.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Customers can reschedule or cancel a booking without penalty up to four (4) hours prior to the scheduled slot time. Rescheduling requests can be made via the customer dashboard or by calling our hotline at +91 89298 32540.

5. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We pride ourselves on 100% cleaning satisfaction. If any booked area is not cleaned according to the agreed checklist, notify our support team within 24 hours of service completion, and our team will re-clean the specific area at no additional charge.
